FBBA Trainers will focus on a variety of areas:

IMPROVE SKILLS and fundamentals -- shooting, passing, dribbling, footwork, defense, and offense

LEARNING the mental aspects of sports -- how to be mentally tough, more focused, and get an edge on the competition.

Gaining CONFIDENCE -- becoming a more confident player and person.

Building CHARACTER good sportsmanship values
